About No.42

No.42 restaurant is located on the Geelong Waterfront tucked away in Rippleside Park with uninterrupted bay views.

No.42 is famous for its view, its secluded location, the expansive Rippleside parkland but most of all it's food and cafe atmosphere.

Not only is No.42 a cafe but during the evenings and on weekends No.42 converts to a beautiful function space. Our function space is the perfect size for birthdays, engagements, weddings and more... Utilising the inside and outdoor area in the warmer months allows for guests to enjoy everything the space has to offer.

During the day we operate as a cafe that many Geelong locals have made their "regular" haunt. Offering up beautiful strong coffee complimented by fresh, local healthy food, we have fast become a popular choice for both breakfast and lunch.

As the cafe is quite secluded and away from the hustle bustle and noise of the CBD, we regularly get bookings from groups looking to meet over lunch without too much noise or interruption.

Group bookings can be requested online and we even offer a "pre order" menus for bigger group with time constraints. We can have your meals almost ready to go on arrival, allowing our guests to maximise their time.

Overall, No.42 is a versatile cafe / function space with friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure our guests leave having felt welcomed, looked after and overall had a nice experience.
